As a small business, I rely on my bookings to survive, and any cancellations can have a huge impact on my business. For this reason, I have some policies to stay secure.

Deposits 

To secure your booking with me, I do require a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable to cover my time if for any reason you could not go ahead with the booking.

Payments

After the initial deposit is paid, the remaining balance or special occasion appointments will be expected at the appointment, either by cash or bank transfer.

For bridal bookings, the remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding day.

Cancellations 

There are no cancellation fees when booking with me, but you will lose your deposit. When cancelling a booking and then making a new one, a new deposit will need to be paid.

Bridal - please note that I am happy to move your booking if the date of your wedding changes and I am free, if I am not available for your new wedding date, you will lose your deposit.

Amendments 

You can change your Bridal booking up to 6 weeks prior to the day. After this timeframe, you can add other services, but you cannot take them away. 

Spaces can be filled by someone else, however if they can't be filled, you will still be billed.

Photography 

I do take photographs of my work to share on my social media. Trials will not be shared until after your wedding date. If you do not wish to be posted on social media, please make me aware of this.

Expenses 

I am happy to travel for wedding days or group bookings. I charge 50p per mile from my studio to your getting ready location. Any additional expenses such as public transport costs, accommodation, parking, and tolls will be invoiced to the client after their wedding/special event.

Please understand that sometimes I have to make immediate decisions to get to you on time which may incur these charges and not have the opportunity to discuss this with you first.

​

Should additional expenses be incurred, this will be invoiced to you, and the payment will be due within 5 days.
